THIS BULLETIN APPLIES TO BASE OR HIGHLINE VEHICLES IDENTIFIED WITH A 2 OR 4 IN THE SIXTH DIGIT OF THE VIN NUMBER, BUILT PRIOR TO OCT 24 1994, EQUIPPED WITH GRAINED BUMPER FASCIAS IN QUARTZ, BLACK OR WHITE COLORS.

There has been a running change to the grained mold-in-color, quartz, black and white bumper fascias on the Base and Highline vehicles. The new fascias are made of a high-luster Bexloy material and will have a different appearance compared to the previous fascias.

In the interest of Customer Satisfaction, when replacing either a front or a rear fascia on vehicles built prior to the change, the opposite fascia is to be replaced. The following is a list of the new part numbers.
