SYMPTOM/CONDITION:

Customer complaint of hard to shift into reverse, or poor shift feel into reverse.
PARTS REQUIRED: 1 4864775 Back Up Lamp Switch
REPAIR PROCEDURE:

This bulletin involves replacing the back up lamp switch with a revised part that requires less load by the 5th/reverse shift fork to actuate

.
Replace the back up lamp switch, located on the top left front side of the transaxle case, with P/N 4864775 as outlined in the appropriate Service Manual.
