| DISCUSSION: Interior window or windshield film build up may occur on newervehicles. This is caused by interior trim material, especially vinyl,releasing chemical agents (gasses) that adhere to the glass. Thiscondition becomes less of a problem as the vehicle gets older. |

| REPAIR PROCEDURE: 1. Following the package directions, clean all windows thatexhibit film build. NOTE: REPEATED CLEANING WITH THIS PRODUCT WILL ENHANCE THE RESISTANCE OF THE GLASS TO FILM BUILD UP. |
